The Animal Emergency & Referral Center of Minnesota (AERC) was established over 40 years ago by a group of local veterinarians who wanted to provide their clients with quality emergency veterinary care. Today, we employ a wide variety of emergency veterinarians, board-certified specialists, and health care team members, all on-hand for when your pet just isn't feeling like himself.

The emergency medicine service is staffed by experienced emergency doctors 24/7/365. The emergency service was established almost four decades ago and is the cornerstone of the hospital in our service to the pet-owning community.
