Nikki Scherrer, DVM, is a 2019 graduate of the University of Minnesota. Dr. Scherrer had an emergency medicine and surgery focused internship in Virginia. Before and during veterinary school, she also worked as a veterinary assistant at a local private practice and a local emergency clinic.
Dr. Scherrer has a large variety of pets including a dog named Kallie, cats named Mittens and Monty, and a rabbit named Bunita Carmelita.
Dr. Scherrer is very passionate about wildlife conservation medicine as well as volunteering in the community.
