Board-Certified Veterinary Internist

Corie Fitschen, DVM, DACVIM received her bachelor of science in animal sciences and her doctorate in veterinary medicine from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She completed her rotating internship at the Animal Medical Center in New York City and her small animal internal medicine residency at the University of Minnesota. After one year in private practice in the Madison, WI area, she is excited to return to the cities to practice as a board-certified internist.

Dr. Fitschen’s professional interests include hematology (blood diseases), immune-mediated disease and endocrinology, as well as growing the human-animal bond.

In her time, she enjoys spending time outdoors (hiking, kayaking, camping), eating at local restaurants and breweries, and spending time with family, friends, and her two cats, Smokey and Bandit.
