Stephanie Pylka, DVM, MPH, graduated from the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine in 2011. After graduation, she did an emergency-focused internship at Veterinary Emergency and Referral Group in Brooklyn, New York. She then worked as an emergency veterinarian in Brooklyn and Chicago.
Dr. Pylka’s veterinary interests revolve around managing endocrine emergencies and emergency surgery.
Dr. Pylka has three cats of her own – Mousse, Monkey, and Penelope – as well as two pet birds. She enjoys kayaking and paddleboarding during Minnesota’s all-too-short summers.
