Endoscopy
We are so excited to announce that endoscopy is now one of the non-invasive technologies available from Animal Emergency and Referral Center of Minnesota! We anticipate using it to help diagnose and treat problems such as foreign bodies, but an endoscope can also be used to perform biopsies of tissue suspected of being cancerous. Dog swallowed a Super Ball? Cat ate string? Well, with endoscopy, it now becomes possible to remove the object via the pets mouth rather than via an incision into the belly and intestine. Owners and pets alike will reap the benefits of this fantastic techology!
