Michelle Rose, DVM, DACVIM (Cardiology) provides essential referral cardiology services at AERC. Cardiology services include cardiac consultations, advanced diagnostic testing and progress evaluations.
Andrea Meyer, DVM, DACVD is a board-certified veterinary dermatologist who enjoys managing skin, ear, and allergic diseases in animals. Dr. Meyer enjoys working closely with pet owners and spends ample time to perform the best diagnostic tests, formulate a tailored therapy and keep skin issues from coming back. Her services include individualized treatment plans on how to best feed, groom, and medicate to keep the skin looking as good as possible.
Dentistry & Oral Surgery
Elizabeth Brine, DVM, DAVDC and Erin Vicari, VMD, DAVDC, have advanced training and specialist certification in dentistry through the American Veterinary Dental College (AVDC). Both of our veterinary dental specialists can offer your patients many advanced treatments like endodontics, periodontics, restorations, dental radiology, orthodontics, oral surgery, and diagnosis and treatment of oral disease.
Director of Emergency Services, Jeff Bush, DVM, leads an experienced team of emergency clinicians for services including blood work, oxygen therapy, intensive care, x-rays, CT, ultrasound, surgery or any other care that requires immediate attention. These services are available 24/7.
Steven R. Shadwick, DVM, DACVIM and his team of certified veterinary technicians diagnose, treat and manage medical problems. Internal Medicine services include a variety of advanced laboratory testing, diagnostic imaging (including CT, ultrasound, and x-rays), and procedures, including endoscopic procedures. He also heads our I-131 Hyperthyroid Treatment Facility for Cats.
Missy Carpentier, DVM, DACVIM (Neurology) is a board-certified veterinary neurologist and neurosurgeon. Neurology services treat conditions affecting the brain, spinal cord, muscles, and nerves of animals including: intervertebral disc disease, lumbosacral disease, seizures, cancer of the nervous system, strokes, and vestibular disease.
Oncology and Chemotherapy
Doctors can provide options regarding a pet’s cancer type, extent, treatment, and prognosis. Internal Medicine services welcome oncology consultations and can provide chemotherapeutic services.
Surgery and Rehabilitation
Nate Rose, DVM, DACVS and Brian Rose, DVM, DACVS, provide surgical expertise for complex emergency and elective procedures including orthopedic and soft-tissue. Rehabilitation services include conditioning, pain-management, and recovery from surgical procedures.
