On April 21st, 2018, we will have the Practice Manager Track. On April 28th, 2018, we will have the Technician Track. Each track will have four speakers. 6 CE credits for the practice manager track have been approved by the MN Board of Veterinary Medicine (also good in Wisconsin).  A continental breakfast and lunch are also provided.

Attendees are welcome to register for multiple tracks. We encourage you to register right away! Since seats are limited, we cannot accept walk-in registrations on the day of the event.

Creating the Perfect Day by Darren Osborne, Masters of Economics, Ontario Veterinary Medical Association Have you ever had one of those days where everyone shows up early for their appointment, the staff are on point, and you break a record – all while it felt effortless? Why can’t every day be the perfect day? In this interactive session, we will draft a blueprint for your perfect practice, determining:

  • a profile sketch of your ideal client
  • assuming you had a day full of this client, how would you best organize the day?
  • what staff are needed for this day
  • calculate revenue, staff costs, and staff ratio
