AERC Spring Conference for Practice Managers

April 21, 2018

All attendees of the Spring Conference for Practice Managers will be entered into a drawing to win a half-day financial consultation with Darren Osborne, Director of Economic Research with the Ontario Veterinary Medical Association, to include a fee audit, budget creation, extraction of client metrics and comparison of your numbers to benchmarks – a $1000 value!

Our Spring CE will held at our Oakdale clinic and will be separated into three days. On April 14, 2018, we will have the Veterinarian Track. On April 21st, 2018, we will have the Practice Manager Track. On April 28th, 2018, we will have the Technician Track. Each track will have four speakers. 6 CE credits for the practice manager track have been approved by the MN Board of Veterinary Medicine (also good in Wisconsin).  A continental breakfast and lunch are also provided.

Attendees are welcome to register for multiple tracks. We encourage you to register right away! Since seats are limited, we cannot accept walk-in registrations on the day of the event.

Why can’t every day be the perfect day? In this interactive session, we will draft a blueprint for your perfect practice, determining:

  • a profile sketch of your ideal client
  • assuming you had a day full of this client, how would you best organize the day?
  • what staff are needed for this day
  • calculate revenue, staff costs, and staff ratio
