AERC Lecture Series for New Clinic Owners: Operations

12:00-3:30pm

September 21, 2018

Are you a new clinic owner, or perhaps you are a veterinarian hoping to purchase a practice in the near future? We want to help provide you with the knowledge and tools necessary for success in today’s business world.

To that end, we are hosting a New Owner Lecture Series, to be held quarterly throughout 2018. Each subject in the series is from noon – 3:30pm. Subjects are taught by experts in the field – CPAs, Consultants, CVPMs and MBAs! Attendance is limited to 30 participants who are either owners of a clinic for less than five years, or intending to purchase within five years. Other sessions will cover Finance, Human Resources, and Marketing. (See other listings on our Education Calendar for details on these topics.) RSVP today!

The third lecture in the series will cover Hospital Operations, a critical component of a profitable and smoothly running hospital. Jayde Quigley, MBA, CVT, CVPM, Chief Operations Officer at AERC will cover the policies and procedures that are most essential to your clinic. She will also review options for your inventory system, addressing poor performance, and giving reviews. Robert Borcherding, banker at Wells Fargo, will provide valuable information on what you need to know about practice acquisition.

Lunch will be provided.

Please RSVP by email to heidibrenegan@aercmn.com or via phone at (651) 501-3759, ext 114.
