Barbara
Barbara has been working at AERC since 2000, and has been a veterinary technician since 1988. Before arriving at AERC, she worked in day practice in both Minnesota and southern Florida.
Barbara has also completed all necessary pre-requisites to apply to veterinary school, and holds a bachelor's degree in child psychology from the University of Minnesota. In addition, she is a Certified Veterinary Technician. She is an active volunteer in both community and charitable civic organizations. She is a past volunteer at the Minnesota Zoo as well as a current member.
Barbara shares her home with two crazy cats. Her family has a place reserved for a Doberman someday as well.
When Barbara is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and small children, attending dog shows, gardening, camping, and hopes to return to horseback riding. She has strong interests in attachment parenting, natural birthing, and all things toddler.
