Jacqie is our Evening Technician Team Lead, and she has worked with a lot of exotic animals in her career as a veterinary technician, including birds, snakes, fish, pocket pets, reptiles, and even a monkey! She has also worked with large animals. as in teaching horseback-riding lessons, which was her favorite "exotic" animal experience, by the way.
Jacqie has a Bassett Hound named Ada, a Chihuahua named Tank (that she loves to take to Taylors Falls to run and hike) a domestic shorthair kitty named King Louie, and a pair of domestic longhair siblings, Gilbert and Gander!
When away from animals, Jacqie likes to play volleyball and go snowmobiling. Her favorite pasttime, however, is going to concerts.
