Animal Emergency & Referral Center of Minnesota is actively seeking to hire a board-certified or board-eligible ophthalmologist, board-certified or board-eligible dermatologist, board-certified or board-eligible surgeon, full-time Anesthesia and Specialty Float Technician, a full-time Emergency/ICU veterinary technician, assistant technicians, patient care representatives, client service representatives, and part-time Emergency/ICU veterinary technicians.
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Positions
Join our well-established team of outstanding emergency doctors, boarded specialists, seasoned specialty/certified technicians, excellent support personnel and experienced administrators. Our practice is currently supported by specialists in emergency and critical care, dentistry, internal medicine, surgery, cardiology, radiology, and dermatology. Our fabulous new 8,600 sq ft facility features a luxury I-131 treatment suite complete with web cam access; Digital Imaging Department including CT, endoscopy, rhinoscopy & athroscopy; full in-house lab & pharmacy; and a Sports & Strength (rehab) Department.

Currently we do not have an Ophthalmologist on our team, so this is an outstanding opportunity for a highly motivated doctor to build a much-needed service and be the premier center in this area.
Dermatologist: Animal Emergency & Referral Center of Minnesota is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Dermatologist for our rapidly growing 24-hour AAHA-certified emergency/referral practice. Our two locations have served our communities, referring veterinarians, clients and patients for over 30 years. We currently have an employed dermatologist seeing appointments one day per week, so this is a wonderful opportunity to build upon an existing service and grow the clientele to its full potential.
Surgeon: Animal Emergency & Referral Center of Minnesota is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Surgeon for our rapidly growing 24-hour AAHA-certified emergency/referral practice. Our two locations have served our communities, referring veterinarians, clients and patients in an emergency-only capacity for over 30 years; since adding specialties in 2010, we are rapidly gaining a reputation as the premier referral center in the Twin Cities.

Certified Veterinary Technician Positions
The function of the veterinary technicians is to be an extension of the veterinarians and provide excellent care to both the clients and patients. The individuals we hire will be dynamic and resourceful with an interest in career development and the promotion of a team atmosphere. Full-time Anesthesia and Specialty Float Technician: Full-time Anesthesia and Specialty Float Technician: The Animal Emergency & Referral Center of MN is offering a full time Anesthesia and Specialty Float Technician position for our fast-paced and growing specialty hospital. This position will be 36-40 hrs/wk. Applicants must be a CVT with at least 2 years experience. Veterinary Technician Specialty (VTS) certified in Anesthesia or ECC or eligible is preferred. To support a 24/7 hospital, team member will also be required to be on-call for the after-hours specialty team and be available for nights, weekends and holidays. Part-time and full-time emergency/ICU veterinary technician: Shifts for the emergency/ICU veterinary technician range from 8-10 hours in length. All team members must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays. Individuals should be Certified Veterinary Technicians, have an understanding of critical care, qualified technical skills and be motivated to work in a team atmosphere that invites your contributions. At least two years of technician experience is a must.
Full-time evening emergency/ICU veterinary technician: Shifts for the emergency/ICU veterinary technician range from 10-12 hours in length. All team members must be available to work weekends and holidays, as well. Individuals must be Certified Veterinary Technicians, be experienced in critical care, have qualified technical skills and be self-motivated. At least two years of technician experience is a must; emergency veterinary experience is preferred. Our clinic has a team atmosphere that invites your contributions.

Client Service Representative
The primary function of the Client Service Representative is to provide excellent client service through passionate and professional handling of a variety of client interactions, as well as the daily operations related to the client’s first impression of the organization.
A minimum of two years of customer service experience and/or training beyond high school (service industry, front desk, cashiering, or call center experience) is required. Veterinary experience is a plus. Qualified candidates will possess exceptional interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills, be computer proficient, and able to multitask and reprioritize as needed.
