Our two locations have served our communities, referring veterinarians, clients and patients for over 30 years.

Emergency Veterinarians: We are looking for part-time emergency veterinarians. These veterinary professionals must have a DVM or similar veterinary degree, a valid Minnesota veterinary license, qualify for a DEA license, and be highly competent in small animal medicine and surgery, including non-traditional pets.
We rely on our veterinarians to educate our clients in a friendly manner and speak to the client's level of understanding. Our vets must have excellent people skills especially in regards to upset or grieving clients. They are also expected to act as a team leader on shifts in a professional and supportive manner, setting a positive example and demonstrating enthusiasm toward AERC, its policies and personnel.

Client Care Coordinators: We are looking for part-time client care coordinators. These team members will be responsible for answering phones, clients' concerns, triaging animals upon their arrival, taking vital signs, as well as other client and patient-related duties. These individuals must be able to work well under pressure and stress. In-clinic veterinary experience is required.
